THE INTERVIEW WITH GOD (EPISODE 2)

Kehinde: Our guests remain Boj and the Almighty God! 

Taiye: So, Boj you have fully expressed yourself to God.

 Let's hear from God now, God, Please You have the floor.

GOD: (Silent for about 3 seconds) 

You question my still small voice,

How loud is your voice?

Is it as loud as thunder?

Can your voice shatter the giant sequoia tree?

Can it command rain to fall in the desert?

Can you shout at the clouds and command them to birth forth rain?

Can your voice be heard over the sea?

Could you kindly say to the mountain, ‘move’ and it will obey you?

I’m sorry, did I hear you stutter, perhaps you could speak into the microphone,

To amplify your voice, maybe nature will hear and understand you.

Why bother about how I spoke to my son, Elijah?

Meanwhile, I try speaking to you every second, minute, and hour of the day, yet you shove me aside, 

because you are always so busy doing one thing or the other that you hardly take the time to listen to me

You claim I whisper, 

You claim I don't speak loud enough yet every time I speak to you through the voice of people such as your pastors, friends, family members, co-workers, etc. you ignore Me.

You claim I don't live up to my name- The Lion of the tribe of Judah! 

Can you even stand my roar?

I send you thousands of messages every day, but you are unable to perceive them,

I speak through the bible, dreams, visions, people, prophets, and many others-

You said I interrupt your sweet sleep at night, 

Perhaps if you could put your phone and electronic devices for even a second to hear me out during the day, you won’t be so 'bothered' at night. 

I am ALWAYS speaking, You on the other hand aren't listening.

You question me when you don't receive what you asked for,

You question me when the doors you knock don't open,

You question me when you seek and can't find me,

First of all,  You receive not, because you ask amiss. 

I tell you, I am ALWAYS answering prayers that are aligned to my will. 

You ask me for things that I know in the long run will hurt rather than help you, do you expect me to answer such?

You knock and the doors don't open because you knock on the wrong doors,

I stand outside the gate like the prodigal son's father waiting for you to come home,

You seek and can not find me because you seek me in the wrong places...
