Jesus! Wake Up!!! ( Part 4)
Welcome to part 4 of JESUS! WAKE UP Series!!!
We learnt in part three that when the Word is asleep, storms will continue to rage but until you wake the Word up in your life, the storms will not stop.
Also, you must have faith when declaring the Word against the storms that come at you.
Today we'll be discussing another reason why Jesus still went into the boat without thinking twice, even when He knew a storm would come arise.
Bible Text :
They landed in the country of the Gadarenes and were met by two madmen, victims of demons, coming out of the cemetery. The men had terrorized the region for so long that no one considered it safe to walk down that stretch of road anymore. Seeing Jesus, the madmen screamed out, “What business do you have giving us a hard time? You’re the Son of God! You weren’t supposed to show up here yet!” Off in the distance a herd of pigs was browsing and rooting. The evil spirits begged Jesus, “If you kick us out of these men, let us live in the pigs.” Jesus said, “Go ahead, but get out of here!” Crazed, the pigs stampeded over a cliff into the sea and drowned. Scared to death, the swineherds bolted. They told everyone back in town what had happened to the madmen and the pigs. Those who heard about it were angry about the drowned pigs. A mob formed and demanded that Jesus get out and not come back.

According to the bible text above, there were two demon possessed men and these men were so fierce that no one could pass their way.
However, Jesus was willing to go through the storm just to reach out to those men who were under demonic possession in order to deliver them .
He had to go there to deliver them from the hands of the devil.
Yes! The men had done all manner of wicked activities, they didn't deserve to be saved, they had tormented and harassed a lot of people in that city yet Jesus still loved them enough to risk His life through the storm just for their sakes.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

He loved the men but hated the demons that used them to perpetuate evil.
Hey fam, It's not a cliche when you hear that "Jesus loves you", It's nothing but the truth, Jesus loves you regardless of whatever you have done in the past and He loves you enough to go to any length to see that you prosper and be in good health just like in the case of the two demon possessed men.
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

Jesus would enter the fire with you so that you would not be burnt just like He did for Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed–nego. (Daniel 3:25-26)
Jesus would break through the prison gates of your mind just to liberate you from the haunting thoughts that plague you day and night .
Jesus would step into that business presentation with you, just to give you victory at your workplace.
Jesus would meet you wherever you are at right now just like He did for the two men at Gadarenes.
All you need to do to receive these benefits and more is to accept Him into your life right now, not tomorrow, if you haven't, because there's no better time than now.
If you would like to give your Christ, please say this prayer :
Hello Jesus, it's me. I apologize for every sin i have committed that made you mad at me, i believe that You are the Son of God and that You died for me, to save me
I want to walk in Your ways from now on, i want to feel the warmth of your love and embrace,
Father, i know You love me so much, and I'm grateful! Please help me to abide in Your love, may i not be used as an instrument for destruction by the enemy but for Your glory, in Jesus' name
Amen.
Hey! If you just said that prayer, we celebrate with you, please find a believing church near you to learn more about God, As you do so, God bless you.
Remember, Jesus loves you! Yes You!
