Who would have thought?

Moving on, today our subject of discussion is Naaman in the bible.
Naaman had a condition (leprosy), He was a mighty man but he had a weakness, just like everyone has a weakness, a thorn in the flesh.
Another perfect example is Samson, He was a strong man but he had a weakness-women.
While everyone saw Naaman's position, The slave girl saw his condition. God spoke through a slave girl to Naaman to visit a prophet in Samaria, His enemies' country and it is quite funny because sometimes our blessings are hidden in the most uncommon places.
Who would have thought that a slave girl knew the answer to the greatest problem of an influential man?
Who would have imagined that Naaman's healing would come by just dipping himself in River Jordan seven times?
This confirms to us that God's ways are higher than our ways.
Stop thinking that ravens can’t bring you food, (1Kings 17:6)
Stop thinking that sticks can’t part a red sea, (Exodus 14:16)
Stop thinking that the savior would look like superman, Jesus came as a baby, in flesh,
Stop thinking that a small boy's lunch can’t feed five thousand, (John 6:9).
Our challenge for you today is to trust God and never underestimate Him.
What do you need to stop thinking about in order to align your thoughts to the will of God?
In God's Grip,
TaiKeh Idahor
