JESUS! WAKE UP!!! Series (Part 2)

Image
Hello TaiKeh fams!  Welcome to part 2 of "Jesus! Wake up!!"  Without further ado, let's dive in. Haha When He got into the boat, His disciples followed Him. Matthew 8:23 AMP https://bible.com/bible/1588/mat.8.23.AMP Jesus was the first person to enter the boat, and his innocent disciples followed suit.  While studying this verse, we asked ourselves, "How is it that Jesus, the All-knowing God,the Alpha and Omega, the One with all the wisdom, told His disciples to go when He knew a storm would arise?  The book of Mark records that Jesus told them to" go over unto other side"  That day when evening came, he said to his disciples, “Let us go over to the other side.” Mark 4:35 NIV https://mark.bible/mark-4-35 Little did they know that a storm would arise even when it was JESUS who told them to go there.  So YES, Jesus knew that there was going to be a storm, yet He told them to go to "the other side".  (By the way Your other side could mean so many th...

The Sixth Month (Part 2)

Image
Hello TK Fams!!!  This is the continuation of June Series,  In the first part, we talked about how important it is to be where God wants you to be, by being in the right place at the right time.   TEXT - Luke 1: 26-27 : And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David : and the virgin's name was Mary. Today we'll be discussing on another way to receive God's favour, blessings and good news this month and that is - Be with the person(s) who God wants you to be with : It is important to surround yourself with people that are godly and add value to your life.  There's a saying that says "Show me your friend and I will tell you who you are "  That is, a man's character can be defined by the kind of friends he keeps. (Proverbs 13:20, 1Corinthians 15:33) In our text, Angel Gabriel was given clear instructions to locate a virgi...

THE INTERVIEW WITH GOD - (GRANDE FINALE- EP5)

Kehinde: Welcome back to today’s episode on The Interview With God,  If you are joining us for the first time, we implore you to read the preceding episodes here .  Taiye: Today is the grand finale, and we have some interesting news to share with you! but before we do that, Boj you have the floor, Over to you.  Boj: God, I disregarded the story of Daniel in the lion’s den, I thought it was fictitious, I failed to realize that Daniel was courageous when everyone was afraid, He remained unshaken in his faith. He prayed when everyone had stopped praying,  No wonder You stepped into the den with him, On the other hand, I lacked the tenacity to stand by You, I am like Peter who promised never to betray You, yet when push came to shove, denied You, not once, twice but thrice! That’s exactly me! God, to be honest, I have been dishonest with You, I questioned your command to preach the gospel to mankind not because I couldn’t preach but… because I was angry at you. I witness...

The Master Key (Part 3)

Image
Hello TaiKeh Fam!  We continue Master Key series, Part 3!! Yaaay!!  Our bible text for this series is from Matthew 9:20‭-‬22. It reads,  And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment: For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.  But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour. https://bible.com/bible/1/mat.9.20-22.KJV From the bible text above, we see that Jesus' garment healed a woman who had battled with an illness for up to twelve years.  You know, Jesus was surrounded by a crowd, who would have sought to touch, hug, shake him and the likes, but only one woman had faith enough to receive her healing by touching Him.  Why did everyone not in the crowd receive their healing?  Every door is special, and it is designed to...
