If you think God can, He can,  If you don't think God can, He can't. The oil continued to flow until all the jars were finished and full, Prophet Elijah did not go about borrowing jars for my sons and I when the jars were finished,  the oil stopped. What it simply means is that, God will work with what you surrender to Him, He won't force you, He is a perfect gentleman. She locked the door behind her and her sons; as they brought the containers to her, she filled them. When all the jugs and bowls were full, she said to one of her sons, “Another jug, please.” He said, “That’s it. They were of immense help and succor to me, especially during my trying time, they were the ones that encouraged me to obey the instructions of the prophet which at the time seemed ridiculous to me. Today we shall dig deeper into the instructions that was given to me by the Prophet Elisha.  Firstly, Prophet Elisha asked me what I had in my hand. Thankfully, I had a jar of oil left and he instructed me to do the following: "...  Then come home and lock the door behind you, you and your sons. Pour oil into each container; when each is full, set it aside.”   2 Kings 4:4 MSG     https://bible.com/bible/97/2ki.4.4.MSG Prophet Elisha told me that after the jars have been collected, my sons and I should go into our house to shut, bolt, lock, put an iron or metal behind the door to prevent entry.  Why go through the hassle of going up and down , looking up for jars? Also, we did not quite understand why we had to be alone to pour the oil, personally I just thought that it was to prevent our neighbors from seeing what we were doing with their barrels. BIBLE STUDY WITH THE WIDOW SERIES 2 Welcome and thank you for joining me today,  Let's picked up from where we stopped (BIBLE STUDY 1). I went round with my children to to borrow jugs and bowls from our neighbors as instructed by Prophet Elisha. We got a lot of positive response and on the other hand, some people refused to lend us their jugs and bowls, we see an example of this in Part 3 in   my diary where Pastor Joshua declined lending us his jugs/bowls. Jesus said, Love your neighbors as yourself, He expects that we hold this commandment dearly!  Matthew 22:39 (KJV)     And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. If you love your neighbors, you will be willing to lend your jar/ bowls to them. Your jugs/ bowls can refer to:         Prayers- When last did you pray for your neighbor?
